I'm 55yrs old and have played hard.
I have now been taking a 1/3 of a gummie twice a day for approximately 6 months and thing could not be better.
I stopped drinking the day I got my first packet, 6+ months sober now,, from 2+ ltrs of wine a night to zero.
I've not had a joint ,which was a nightly ritual
Anxiety has all but diminished
As for depression , I've been on meds for 30 plus yrs , before it became mainstream ,
In conjunction with Vibr8 , I rarely have crap days...
I now look at every day with a different outlook...
Now!!!, I'm not saying it's a cure all , I'm just saying how it's helped me.
When I take it I can get motivated and enjoy the ride or i can sit back and relax to the point of sleep,,,, I dont know how it can do both , im not going to ask , it just does!
I usually end up highly motivated ( the house has never been cleaner the garden has never looked better...)
I did try a whole gummy, once , that's a story for later, I was trashed to say the least 😅 🙃
